Patrick triumphs
Feeling very tired, but up to London on the train, travelling with Andrew and Kate, and Carol. Assembled at the Civil Service Club, near New Scotland Yard. We met Adele and Delores, and all had lunch there. Then off to the Dublin Castle in Camden to where Patrick was going to perform. The others went there by the Northern line, not fancying that I took a more scenic route. Ended up walking down Kentish Town Road, which I'd not done for ages. A very weedy smell along there. Camden is usual trendy busy place. I think I have been to the Dublin Castle before, and its music venue in the back of the pub had the authentic sticky floor, so much that you could hear yourself walking in the moments when there was no noise. Hot as a sauna in there till, they turned on the air conditioning. Lots of acts associated with the Music Production MA that Patrick had done, and all of them good.
