Rick who is a friend of all our Seaford pals, came around this morning to look at the rooms and talk about decorating. He called us from outside while we were still in bed, so I was hastily dressing when he arrived. He was full of good advice, and a chatty nice guy.  Lorraine happy to be home. I went to the gym.
